About the Coach

Coach Andy Fraggos joined Episcopal Academy as the Head Varsity Girls’ Soccer Coach in 2016. In his first season, he led the program to an overall record of 14-5-1. In addition to coaching at EA, Coach Fraggos is a USSF Nationally Licensed Coach and has been on staff as a New Jersey ODP Coach since 2011. Previously, he served as the Rosemont College Women’s Soccer Assistant Coach. Coach Fraggos is a graduate of Towson University where he played Division I Soccer!

what You'll Learn

  • Technique & Skills: Dribbling and improvisation, turning, running with the ball, passing, receiving, finishing

  • Defensive Tactics: Tackling, pressure-cover-balance, team compactness, communication

  • Attacking Tactics: Maintaining possession of the ball, providing support and width, creating scoring chances


Sample Schedule

  • 9 a.m.    Technical & Tactical Session

  • 11 a.m.  Specialty Session (i.e. Nutrition, team building, body awareness training, guest speakers)

  • 12 p.m.  Lunch

  • 1:30 p.m.  Scrimmage Session focused on game concepts
